Wildlife
Masoala rainforest offers a great environment for a variety of wildlife species. It is home to more than 10 species of lemur species. Red ruffed lemur is the most common in the park. They are known for their vibrant two-toned coast. Other common species are Mouse lemurs, Masoala woolly lemur, and Masoala sportive lemur among others. Apart from the species of lemur, the park is home to many other animals. these include chameleons, leaf-tailed geckos, and Madagascar day geckos.
