Tour Plan
The day will begin at 8 a.m. in Nairobi, when the trip to the world-famous Ol Pejeta Conservancy will begin.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located in the lowlands of Kenya between the Aberdare Mountains and the towering snow-capped slopes of Mount Kenya, is home to an incredible array of animal species, including all five of the 'Big Five' (the endangered black and white rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo and lion).
Go to the Sweetwaters Serena Tented Camp in time for lunch. From 1600 to 1830, go on a game drive across the forest and explore the area before heading back to the camp for dinner.
Accommodation: Sweetwaters Serena Camp
Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., you can go on a morning game drive in this stunning reserve. After breakfast, you will return to camp before leaving Ol Pejeta Conservancy for Lake Nakuru National Park.
Go to the lodge on Lake Nakuru in time to eat lunch there. Take it easy after lunch, and then it's time for your evening game drive at 1600. On the Great Rift Valley's floor, amidst woodland and bushy grassland, is the lake. Lake Nakuru and its surrounding escarpment and scenic hills offer a wide range of habitats for visitors to explore and learn about the region's rich biodiversity. It's a great place to go on a game drive, picnic, hike, or bird watch at Lake Nakuru National Park. At 18:30, everyone should head back to camp for the night.
Accommodation: Lake Nakuru Lodge
Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
The journey to the Maasai Mara National Reserve will begin after breakfast, and we will leave immediately to begin it. There will be a stop made at the overlook of the Great Rift Valley, which provides a magnificently panoramic view of the valley below.
In addition, we are going to have lunch and fill up our tanks near the town of Narok. Upon your arrival, you will immediately go off on a game drive within this renowned reserve, which gained its notoriety due to the great animal concentration and quantity found there, as well as the annual seasonal migration of wildebeest and zebra. The Mara Simba Lodge is where you will have dinner and spend the night during your safari.
Accommodation: Mara Simba Lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, & dinner
We intend to make today a monumental game-watching event. To see wild animals in their natural habitat, nothing compares to Maasai Mara National Reserve. As far as I'm aware, it's the only wildlife park in the area that regularly hosts such a large and diverse collection of wild creatures. Tree-lined savanna grasslands, a pleasant climate, and a wide variety of game animals combine to make this region an ideal destination for game watching. Our complete day in the Maasai Mara Conservancy will be spent searching for the Big Five and many other species of wildlife.
We will have a picnic along the Mara River and observe crocodiles, hippos, and perhaps the great migration while we dine (July – October).
Stay at the lodge for the night and dinner.
Accommodation: Mara Simba Lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, & dinner
We will begin our day in the Masai Mara with a wildlife drive at sunrise. And before you leave the reserve, there will be one last game drive. We'll leave for Nairobi, Kenya, and get there in the late afternoon.
The next stop is dropping you off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport.
