Tour Plan
You will be picked from your hotel or the airport and meet your tour guide for briefing on the trip. Leave towards the national park at Lake Nakuru. An uncomplicated picturesque drive with breathtaking vistas, along the huge rift valley escarpment. There will be photo possibilities at the base of the enormous rift valley escarpment.
We'll take a break at Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake where we may go on a thrilling boat safari to see hippopotamuses, rare birds, and other small animals.
Thereafter, you'll go on a walking safari around Crescent Island with a guide. Take a late morning trip to Lake Nakuru. Although the flamingo population has been decreasing as a result of things like rising water levels, this park is still one of the most beautiful in Kenya. Large rocky cliffs rise above the lake, which is surrounded by acacia trees, waterfalls, forested hills, and euphorbia plants. Pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, ostriches, storks, and herons and eagles join the few flamingos in the area. Everything in this area is rich, vibrant, and active.
Yet that's just the tip of the iceberg; the park's accessibility and ease of witnessing wildlife are what really set it apart. Some stunningly gorgeous and critically endangered animals can be seen in Lake Nakuru. Especially near the lake, you can expect to witness white rhino and the endangered Rothschild's Giraffe. One of the greatest populations of black rhino in Kenya can be found in this park. We will spend the afternoon driving around the Lake in search of wildlife.
A brief game viewing and bird watching drive through the national park surrounding Lake Nakuru. Go on to the Masai Mara wildlife reserve when you're ready. Along the route from Nakuru to Masai Mara, there will be several opportunities to stop and take in the scenery. Game viewing excursions during the afternoon in the Masai Mara.
The viewing of all of today's games is going to be a real treat. The Masai Mara Game Reserve is still often considered to be the natural world's most fascinating wildlife ecosystem. It is home to a greater variety of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the area and has the highest concentration of wild animals overall. It is a one-stop shop for game viewing activities thanks to its temperate climate, tree-studded savannah plains, and wide variety of wild game species. Moreover, the climate is rather stable.
On our journey through the Masai Mara reserve, we will have the opportunity to see a limitless number of animals, including the "big five" as well as many more species. We are going to have a picnic lunch by the Mara River while watching crocodiles and hippos, and maybe even the great migration (July – October)
When you have finished your breakfast, you will get up early to go on a safari in the Maasai Mara game reserve. The safari will begin just after sunrise. After that, you will leave the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in the middle of the morning and continue on to Nairobi. Along the way, there will be a break for lunch planned. After that, you would get into Nairobi in the late afternoon, at around 4.30pm.
