Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will go on a canoe ride. The majestic Katonga river allows us to canoe riding as it exposes the flora and fauna of the reserve. The trip provided a view of aquatic and papyrus birds. The ride takes up to 2 kilometers through the reed with a local boat operator. After the canoe riding, you will enjoy a cultural experience with the local Banyankole people, who are known to keep long-horned cattle. Here you can assist in grazing the cows, milking, and learning a lot about their culture. They sell different forms of souvenirs which you can buy from the local shops for memories. Later in the evening, return to your accommodation for a rest.
On this last day of the trip, you will take an early breakfast. Afterward, you will have a great bird experience from over 150 species. After the morning drive, you will check out from your accommodation lodges and depart for Kampala.
