Tour Plan
Our company representative will greet you at the Zanzibar airport or port and take you to your accommodation, the Golden Tulip Stone Town Boutique accommodation or a comparable hotel with breakfast.
After breakfast, go on a 3-hour guided city tour of Stone Town with your guide, who will expose you to all the noteworthy structures and scenic vantage points. Stone Town and its structures are rich in the history and tales of Zanzibar's earlier eras under the Sultans (Arabs), Europeans, and Missionaries. This lovely island's history is written by Zanzibar. You will go to Fordham Park, the Old Arabic Fort, the Anglican Cathedral, the Slave Markets, Tip Tip's House, the Palace of the Sultans, and of course the renowned Zanzibar Doors in our narrow, winding lanes. We'll take you to the fruit and vegetable market and demonstrate Henna art to you. So be ready for a stroll through Zanzibar's lengthy history and its many streets.
After learning about Stone Town's history, you will drive 15 minutes to the Spice Plantation Center, where you will spend at least 3 hours. Each and every spice you may discover in Zanzibar will be explained as we take you on a tour of a farm. Did you know that the cinnamon tree has three distinct scents? You wouldn't believe it if you hadn't experienced it for yourself. or the same plant produces green, red, and black pepper? Would you know what vanilla is and why it costs so much? After your tour, which is jam-packed with information about nature's secrets, is through, you may shop for locally created spices, soaps, and crèmes as well as take part in a fun weaving instruction.
Pickup from the hotel in the morning after breakfast for a boat trip to Prison Island, where you may see the 1893 Lloyd Mathews building and see the Aldabra Giant Tortoises who live there. The island is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on the beach because it is bordered by an incredible beach and reef reserve. You will be dropped off at your hotels for the night following the tours.
Leave for a full-day guided tour of Safari Blue after breakfast. After breakfast, take a drive to Fumba Village where you may board a traditional dhow boat to travel to the breathtaking Menai Bay, which is home to a collection of lovely, uninhabited islands, for a memorable day in Zanzibar. When you arrive, the dhow boat will be anchored in a beautiful location, allowing you to swim around the island, snorkel along the diverse coral reefs, see the playful dolphins, or explore the uninhabited islets. The second snorkeling adventure awaits you in the reefs surrounding the sand bank; the underwater environment will appear considerably different from the first visit! Enjoy the short boat ride to your destination, the stunning island of Kwale, where our team will be waiting for you. This island is remote and uninhabited.
You may eat a lunch fit for kings on a desolate, remote island in the Indian Ocean, complete with slipper lobsters, grilled fish, calamari, chicken and rice, and a ton of other vegetables. But it's not the only thing! Your fruit voyage will begin with up to five different fruits after your main entrée.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and be warmly welcomed at the Zanzibar Queen Hotel, where supper and breakfast are also included.
Daytime recreation options include swimming and playing at the beach in front of the hotel, or you can plan any activity you like.
From the hotel, a beautiful journey to the town of Kizimkazi will take you to one amazing adventure: the Dolphin Tour. You will board a speedboat and travel to the well-known Kizimkazi canal, where many schools of wild bottlenose and humpback dolphins can be seen diving into the warm water and making skimming arcs. Try to swim as closely as you can to these graceful animals because they are quite friendly and lively! If you enjoy snorkeling, the marine-rich reefs are simple to explore. On the way back, you will make a stop at the location of a historic mosque from the 12th century, which still has the renowned Kufic writings on its walls. This mosque is thought to be the first example of Islam in East Africa and is well worth a visit for its cultural significance. These travel plans promise to be thrilling.
After the trip, you'll go to the Jozani Forest Reserve and explore the magnificent Jozani Forest for three hours while traveling through Zanzibar's last remaining natural indigenous woodland. You will learn rapidly about the several Zanzibar-specific monkey species while on a guided tour in the forest (and yes, they do not have thumbs). There is a chance to explore the enchanted world of the Zanzibar Mangroves after your woodland tour and a quick jump to the opposite side of the national park. Thousands of crabs can be seen working under the mangroves as you stroll along the wooden trail; if you're lucky, you might even hear the mangroves conversing. You will return to your hotel for dinner and overnight after your tours.
Daytime recreation options include swimming and playing at the beach in front of the hotel, or you can plan any activity you like.
The morning departure from your hotels will be the same as for a full day, but about noon we will anchor in the pristine Atoll of Mnemba Island and prepare a delectable feast of lobster, shrimp, squid, and octopus, along with fresh fruits, water and other beverages, and little snacks. A protected natural park, Mnemba Island is home to sea turtles, dolphins, corals, and exotic species that most of us have only ever seen in aquariums. It is renowned for its interactions with common dolphins and green turtles. Mnemba Dolphins enjoy playing for some reason. They frequently swim close to our boat, making it possible for you to enter the water and go snorkeling with them. You will be dropped off at your lodgings for dinner and the night after your tours.

After breakfast in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for the Nungwi Cultural Village Tour, where you will learn about the village culture, the aquarium, the yard where dhows are built, the Nungwi Fish Market, and the white sand beach, which is ideal for swimming and relaxing.
A sunset dhow cruise will be offered to you in the late afternoon. The ideal approach to see the magnificent Zanzibar sunset. You can watch the sun set over the North Zanzibar coast as you cruise around on a classic wooden dhow with the wind in your sails and a bottle of wine in your hand. We have a variety of boats that may fit you, whether you want to have a romantic moment with your significant other or just a fun evening with family, friends, or coworkers. Included are breakfast and dinner.
