You will be staying in a private camp in a stunning location, close to all the action. After your amazing safari, you will be taken to Stone Town, the ancient capital of Zanzibar, where you will learn more about the island’s rich history and culture. Spend your last day of vacation lounging on Zanzibar’s beautiful shore. The final leg of your safari in Mauritius will be spent exploring the island paradise’s northern and southern islands.
Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi & Fly to Masai Mara National Reserve
Our ‘meet and assist’ service is available on this holiday. As soon as you step off your foreign flight, a helpful person will be there to greet you and guide you through the airport’s immigration, customs, and baggage claim processes. They will stay with you all the way till you meet your driver outside the terminal. The next step involves a transport to a domestic airport from where you’ll fly to the Masai Mara National Reserve in a small plane.
You will be met at the Masai Mara airport by a representative and transferred to your four-night accommodation at Saruni Wild.
Within the Masai Mara and the surrounding conservancies, we collaborate with a variety of high-end hotels and safari camps, including Sir Richard Branson’s 12-tent Olare Motorogi Safari Camp. Your needs, preferences, and financial constraints will all be taken into account as we choose the ideal lodgings for you.
Day 2-4: Masai Mara Safari
Morning and afternoon game drives on the Masai Mara plains will be unforgettable over the next three days. Zebra, impala, gazelle, wildebeest, buffalo, rhino, elephant, lions, cheetahs, and leopards are all possible sightings in this famous reserve.
Night game drives are also available at Saruni Wild, where you can spot nocturnal creatures like aardvarks and honey badgers. Those who like to take things at a more leisurely pace and see the bush’s finer details can go on a nature walk.
The Masai Mara offers more than just game drives; there are also cultural excursions to nearby Maasai towns and markets to be had. You can now upgrade your trip with the option of a champagne breakfast after a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Masai Mara’s plains and trees.
Day 5: Fly to Zanzibar & Transfer to Stone Town
The day will begin with an early morning wildlife drive before you are transferred to the airfield for your light aircraft travel to Nairobi and onward connection to Zanzibar.
Upon your arrival to Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to your two-night stay in a five-star hotel in Stone Town, a district designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The sultan’s palaces, Portuguese forts, historic dhow harbors, and vibrant bazaars of Old Town are all within walking distance of your luxurious hotel.
Day 6: Explore Stone Town
Today is your day to wander the narrow streets of Stone Town and learn about its historic stone buildings, carved wooden doors, Arabian arches, latticed windows, and overhanging balconies.

You will be picked up from your Stone Town hotel in the morning and transferred to your six-night stay at a posh beach resort.
Pongwe, located on the east coast of Zanzibar, is a top choice for many because it is home to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. It’s a basic, peaceful, and unpretentious lodge that was updated in 2017 and is ideal for unwinding in the sun. Get a room that’s right on the beach and includes breakfast every morning.
Zanzibar and the neighboring islands are home to a wide range of hotels, and we’ll be happy to help you find the one that best suits your needs.
