Tour Plan
Hemingways Nairobi, a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, will pick you up at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and take you there.
The Ngong Hills are visible from the windows of this exquisite boutique hotel in Nairobi's Karen neighborhood. Depending on when you get there, you can either visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust or rest up for your safari.
You will be taken to Wilson Airport after breakfast today to catch a shuttle to Nanyuki Airstrip on a small plane. Your guide will be waiting for you at the airport to begin the short drive to the Segera Retreat.
Segera Retreat is located in the Laikipia savannah grasslands, which have the second largest concentration of animals in Kenya after the Serengeti Plains.
Set high above the earth with a bird's eye view of the surrounding nature, the Nay Palad Bird's Nest provides visitors with a one-of-a-kind experience of nesting and sleeping like a bird.
Your knowledgeable host and guide will lead you on game drives, nature walks, and cultural events to help you get to know the area.
A 4x4 vehicle is the best way to see the wildlife. Laikipia has the second largest population of wildlife in Kenya, with endangered species like patas monkeys, Grevy's zebra, and wild dog all freely roaming the area.
Take a walk under the African sun and enjoy the scenery, wildlife, and avian life that the continent has to offer.
View the savannah's natural rhythms in action from one of the hides or vantage points.
You will be driven back to Nanyuki Airstrip in the morning so that you may catch a shuttle to Kichwa Tembo Airstrip through Nairobi on the way to your next destination.
Located below the picturesque area where the iconic last scene from Out of Africa was filmed, andBeyond Bateleur Camp is steeped in history. This isolated and secluded lodge is reminiscent of the safaris to Kenya that were popular in the 1920s and 1930s.
The Masai Mara is home to a wide variety of wildlife, and each tent features a private deck with views of the grasslands below.
Get in an open 4x4 safari vehicle with your guide and set off into the Masai Mara in search of the amazing species that calls this place home. Your guide will also provide information about the local flora and fauna, including how to identify and interact with them. Sometimes your guides may be able to name specific species and provide interesting background information about them. If the Great Migration is in the region, your guide will make every effort to follow the herds and spend time among them.
Take a morning Balloon Safari if you'd like. Witness the sunrise, one of nature's most breathtaking sights. Be amazed by the wide variety of ecosystems present in the Masai Mara Reserve, including the huge Mara River, wetlands, woods, and the African Savanna itself. Champagne breakfast in the open Masai Mara plains awaits you after your flight.
Before your transfer to the runway for your flight back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi, enjoy one more game drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve.
You will be taken back to Hemingways Nairobi upon your return to the Kenyan capital.
This morning is free to spend as you like, whether that's relaxing in your room or doing some last-minute souvenir shopping. Fly from Nairobi to Mahé Airport in the Seychelles in the early afternoon, where you'll be met and taken to the Four Seasons.
Relax in privacy on a secluded mountaintop in one of the luxurious tree house villas overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Take a dip in the turquoise waters of Petite Anse Bay, relax at the Hilltop Spa, and cap the day with dinner on a deserted beach after the sun goes down. Explore the depths and see the splendor of the seabed.
You'll be transferred from the Four Seasons Seychelles to Mahé Airport, where you'll board a helicopter for the 20-minute ride to Félicité Island and the Six Senses Zil Pasyon Resort.
The scenery on the private island of Félicité is picture-perfect, with its white-sand shores, towering cliffs, and swaying palm trees. Relax in the Six Senses Spa after a day of swimming in your private pool or snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters.
Félicité Island is a snorkeler's and scuba diver's dream. Félicité is one of the Seychelles' most pristine diving spots thanks to the incredibly clear water around the island.
Explore the hidden coves and beaches of Félicité Island by kayak, or get some exercise on a standup paddleboard as you take in the stunning scenery of Coco Island's Marine National Park.
Sister Islands, Curieuse, Praslin, La Digue, and Marianne are just a few of the other nearby islands waiting to be explored. You'll be able to visit private beaches that can only be reached by boat. Take in the sights, relax in the sun, and maybe even go for a dip.
You can choose from a variety of exciting recreational options on Félicité Island, whether you're an adventure seeker or someone who'd rather just kick back and soak in the stunning scenery.
