The eastern portion of Madagascar is a haven for nature lovers, since it feels like a different planet from the rest of the island. Andasibe-Mantadia is a prime example of the East’s refreshing contrast to the South and West; it’s a pristine region covered in primary and unique forest, home to a wide variety of lemurs, birds, chameleons, and insects. The rest of your journey from Manambato to Sainte Marie, a paradise island yet untouched by mass tourism, is characterised by a series of parks and beaches designed with relaxation in mind.

Tour Plan

When you arrive in Antananarivo, our team will be there to greet you with a big smile and will begin a short briefing so that you can get started on your exciting experience on the red island. After that, you will be transferred to a hotel that is conveniently located close to the airport, and after the installation, you will have some free time to unwind.

After we set off for Andasibe, we will make several pit stops along the way so that you can stretch your legs and take in the breathtaking scenery along the way. Pay a visit to Pereyras, a small private reserve in Marozevo that comprises a stunning richness in the fauna of Madagascar thanks to its different species of endemic creatures such as reptiles, amphibians, lemurs, and rare birds. Pereyras can be found in the region of Marozevo. A breathtaking scene consisting of a valley covered in rice fields, fruit plantations, and a variety of aquatic plants.

And hop, a day devoted to the moist woodland of Analamazaotra, a refuge to sustain the species

An early departure for Manambato is planned. You will be driven to Palmarium via speedboat before noon, and upon arrival, you will be brought directly to the hotel to check in. You are going to go on a night stroll in the reserve on the island of Nosin, Akoho, in order to observe the "Aye Aye," which is the most rare nocturnal lemur in all of Madagascar.

Spending the day at the private reserve Palmarium, which features a coastal forest, reasonably flat terrain, and well-maintained hiking routes for exploration, will provide you with not only a day of leisure but also of cultural enrichment.

Ivoloina Park, located in the vicinity of Toamasina City in eastern Madagascar, is worth a quick trip to see. A zoological park that serves both recreational and educational purposes, containing native species of Madagascar such as lemurs, reptiles, and amphibians.

Get ready to depart for Nosy Boraha, also known as Sainte Marie; the moment has come. An idyllic island with beaches of white sand, coral reefs, and a lagoon the color of turquoise.

Free day, during which you can participate in a variety of activities, such as walking in piogue, walking in town, or walking in the sea, among other things.

On this day, in addition to the free activities, you will have the opportunity to buy for mementos. Have some fun in the sun before you head back to Antananarivo.

Fly back to Antananarivo, and once you land, a member of our staff will bring you to the hotel, where you may spend the day and night unwinding and taking it easy. We can also make use of this day to introduce you to the culture of the area and the day-to-day life of the people of Madagascar.

The journey comes to an end, your next flight is ready and waiting for you, and everyone at Vivy Travel would like to thank you and wish you a safe trip home.
