Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival Nairobi
After touching down at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be greeted by one of our airport representatives who will then drive you to your prearranged hotel in Nairobi. Transportation to the Boma Hotel for the night. Invigorate yourself and take it easy before setting off on your unforgettable honeymoon safari in Kenya.
Day 2
Pick Up Nairobi / Transfer Meru National Park
At 06:30, our driver will pick you up from the Boma Hotel and drive you the 348 kilometers to Meru National Park's Murera Gate. This semi-arid park is well-known as the former home of Joy and George Adamson and Elsa the lioness, as well as for its views of Mount Kenya, Rivers and riverine habitats, the Tana River, Adamson Falls, Grevy's Zebra, Elephants, Eland, Bush Pig, Waterbuck, After that, you'll head straight to Elsa's Kopje Lodge/camp via car. Relax in the resort or tent and have lunch. Drive back to the lodge or camp for dinner and the night after an afternoon game viewing session, typically between 4 and 6 o'clock.
Day 3
Meru National Park
Afterwards, you can go for a walk in the bush or a long game drive with a picnic lunch to investigate the park's many rivers. Untamed Meru National Park is well-known for its elephant herds, northern endemic species, fantastic flora, and varied topography. Elsa's Kopje for dinner and the night.
Day 4
Leave Meru National Park / Transfer Samburu National Reserve
Last morning game drive in the park to catch the sunrise and a new batch of animals, then back to camp for a hearty breakfast before departure. After a hearty breakfast at the buffet, set off for a morning wildlife drive. Please send the driver from Meru National Park to Samburu National Park. Once you've arrived at Samburu National Reserve, you can settle into your lodgings, perhaps take a little nap, and then go on an evening game drive. Many species of animals come to the reserve's watering hole on the EwasoNyiro River, and if you're lucky, you'll see some of them. Game-Day Defensive Driver You should go back to the lodge now for dinner and the night.
Day 5
Samburu National Reserve
After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, guests will meet their guide at 8:00 a.m. to set off on a full day of game viewing. Explore this protected area in search of rare animals including the Biesa onyx, Gravy's zebra, Reticulated giraffe, and Necked gerenuk. Popular animals that may be found in various Kenyan parks and reserves include lions, lionesses, buffalo, cheetahs, and zebras. Take a break for a picnic with the reserve, and then work until 1700 hours. Get out of the park and do something fun with the locals, like a camel ride or a visit to the village. The lodge provided a nice dinner and a comfortable place to sleep for the night.
Day 6
Leave Samburu National Reserve / Transfer Olpejeta Conservancy
The next day, after breakfast, you will depart Samburu and go to the Sweetwaters/OlPejeta Conservancy. Game drive in the afternoon followed by a stop at the OlPejeta Chimpanzee Sanctuary. There will be supper and an overnight stay.
Located between the Aberdare Mountains and the majestic snow-capped peak of Mount Kenya is the 90,000-acre wildlife preserve known as OlPejeta Conservancy. The reserve is home to an impressive array of wildlife, including chimpanzees from elsewhere and the "big five" of Africa (the endangered black rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and lion). OlPejeta's incredible fauna and panoramic vistas across the plains make for a once-in-a-lifetime safari.
Day 7
Olpejeta Conservancy
Explore the privately owned conservancy of Sweetwaters all day long (until 1500 hours) and take in breathtaking views of Mount Kenya's summits. There is a wide variety of species in the reserve, including the "big five" (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo). Black rhinos, Grevy's zebras, Jackson's hartebeests, and chimpanzees are just few of the endangered animals that call the conservancy's particular reserve home. This is Kenya's sole chimpanzee refuge. It's a sanctuary for chimpanzees that have been abandoned or mistreated, with the goal of returning them to a life of independence within their natural environment. About 1500 hours in the afternoon, you should head back to camp to freshen up and relax using the hotel's facilities. Be ready to be picked up at 18:30 for a night game drive that begins at 1900 and goes until 2100 or 2100 and goes until 23:00. As night game drives tend to be outdoors, you may want to dress warmly. It's best to stick to basic black, gray, and white while dressing.
Day 8
Leave Olpejeta Conservancy / Transfer Aberdare National Park
Following a hearty breakfast, you'll set out on the road to Aberdare National Park, a three-hour picturesque journey from Samburu. We made it to the Aberdare Country Club Hotel in time for lunch and a stroll through the Club's natural surroundings. We will be on an afternoon game drive followed by dinner and a stay at the resort.
Day 9
Aberdare National Park
You will be accompanied by an armed ranger on a full-day game drive that begins after breakfast and includes a picnic lunch. Elephants, enormous forest hogs, bush pigs, buffaloes, leopards, and a plethora of antelopes are just some of the wildlife that might cross your path. Come back to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and a night's rest.
Day 10
Leave Aberdare National Park / Transfer and Drop Off Nairobi
There will be a game drive on the way to Nairobi after breakfast. Drop off at your hotel or the airport in Nairobi.
